A customized machine that forcefully included experimental parts rejected from the GM III project tryouts provided by Anaheim Electronics (the “sponsor”). Thrusters and boosters have been added on both shoulders and the backpack. Compared to the GM Kai which this unit is based on, it boasts excess mobility as it is equipped with a new model engine and extended frame and legs. Although it’s the same concept as the high-mobility type GM Kai utilized by the Titans, the Wagtail is said to be a radicalization of that. However, due to problems with the GM Kai’s frame strength from the added parts, the assumed output has not been reached and a limiter has been installed.
The Titans refer to the unit as “Blue Froggy”.
