A prototype that Anaheim Electronics developed as a first step towards the development of the Unicorn Gundam and the UC Project (Development Code: Stein 01*). Equipped with a psycho frame, and just like the Unicorn Gundam, it was equipped with an Intention Automatic System. However, the unit was only meant for evaluation purposes and was never meant to be introduced into actual combat. In U.C.0094, Stein 01’s Unit 2 case was loaded on to the Federation Forces Clop-class cruiser “Unkai” but was stolen by the Sleeves*. Following that, 1 unit was painted red and modified into the Sinanju, Full Frontal’s personal unit. It demonstrated its full potential during the “Laplace Incident.” The remaining one unit was used as the Sinanju Stein.
