MSK-003 ワグテイル
A complete rebuild of the GM Wagtail after it was shot down. Built around GM Custom parts, its head, backpack, and cockpit block are one-off parts. Its model number now follows Karaba’s system, and its name no longer mentions the GM. While there was uneasiness with the frame strength of the GM Kai Wagtail, the Wagtail Unit (shoulders, legs and backpack) output was lowered and used but the original performance was able to be acquired by using parts of the GM Custom. Since the unit uses various machine parts in addition to a prototype cockpit block, it was impossible to determine what the base machine was and was given a Karaba group model number thus taking it off of the GM lineage title.
HEAD SECTION
The forward half of the head section is new.
The main camera is enclosed with a ricochet plate,
and twin eye cameras are installed inside the slit.
MISCELLANEOUS
Armament mode.
The beam rifle and shield remain unchanged from the GM Kai Wagtail.
The exterior pink portions have changed from the GM Custom’s shape.
The yellow portions are a completely new type of part.
The blue section denotes the backpack.
The gray portions are the same loadout before the refitting.
BINDER UNIT
Not only the function of the AMBAC but the right and left binders enable complex mobility and attitude control through thrusters on each section. Moreover, hard points of the arms and the same design are installed on the binders thus allowing for armament carrying. The beam sabers are installed on the binder points.
