OUTLINE
【概要】
Junker Lowe Guele entrusted the mobile suit Out Frame and his partner the quasi-personal computer 8 to journalist Jess Rabble and departed for Mars. When he returned to Earth, the world had entered a new age of confusion. Terrorist events by soldiers who sceded ZAFT in support of Patrick Zala occurred. As fragments of Junius Seven descent towards Earth, Lowe springs into action! Meanwhile, the DSSD tries to utilize mobile suit technology for peaceful means through space development. In the little while that Lowe was away, his interest in things in the world is overflowing!

【あらすじ】
Episode.01: Junk Guild Assembly
Once a year, Junkers from around the world gather to hold a meeting. Here, The Guild officially decides on what mass produced products to sell. Lowe too brought his personally designed Caletvwlch to display (boast) in front of the Junkers. Just then, an N Dagger N appears at their meeting place, causing pandemonium. In order to save his friends, Lowe jumps into action with the Red Frame equipped with the Caletvwlch!
Episode.02: Toward DSSD
Lowe sets out right away, having an interest in D.S.S.D. which conducts space development. He plans to shrewdly market the remodded Civilian Astray that he created. During the presentation, a unit of ZGMF-1017M2 GINN High Maneuver Type II’s suddenly appear. Lowe is gradually cornered despite attacking in a remodded Civilian Astray. On the D.S.S.D. station was a man mocking him: Double V.
