A Sampling from Cocoon on the Moon, Fruit on the Earth

A great many substances are made up of nano-machines, following instructions in the programs they contain. For example,  there are numerous instances of new types of nanomachines that can attach to existing nanomachines, and transform the architecture. If we had introduced a program dedicated to maintaining environmental sustainability on nanomachines, it could have been possible to ‘eliminate all traces of civilization on Earth by swamping it with nanomachines’. Nanomachines programmed to create reinforced concrete and steel could also be programmed to insert soil-shaping programmes to change these to clay. This means that buildings and highways made with different building materials could be made to break down over a long time period and be transformed into soil suitable for growing plants.

This is how the ‘nanomachine hazard’ which caused the rapid collapse of the Old World civilizations came about.  When the Earth was overrun with war and environmental destruction, the people of the Old World overan the place with artificial nanomachines, and pulled the plug on their own civilization.

What I saw in my dream as the fruit of the first tree, (turn A), was an iron hammer urging humankind to commit suicide. Turn X was created from a last gasp  attempt to oppose the collapse of civilization.  After it lost out to Turn A, it drifted to the Moon, and slept for a long time.  Turn A, which had been incorporated into the Mountain Cycle was revived and started working again.

Guided by memories stored in a drop of blood, a fragment of a cell, which could not be forgotten if I tried…
